The Maine Mountain Bike Association, professional mountain biker Adam Craig, and the Athlete Development Group have come together in an effort in introduce more kids in Maine to the sport of cycling.

Beginning with the 2003 race season, all junior events in the MMBA series will be named the Adam Craig Junior Mountain Bike Series. All those 18 and under will be eligible for prizes at the end of the season. Events will be held May through September in Auburn, Camden, Biddeford, Gorham, Bangor, Carrabassett Valley, Skowhegan, and Bath.
