The following are promotions at Bar Harbor Banking and Trust Co.:

Wilfred Hatt of Waltham has been promoted to vice president-business development officer for Washington County. Hatt’s responsibilities include the development of commercial and consumer bank relationships with new and existing customers in the county. He has many years of experience in the financial services field, the past two years with Bar Harbor Banking.

Carol Pye of Seal Harbor has been promoted to assistant vice president. Pye is the branch manager for the Bar Harbor office, and her primary responsibilities include management of the bank’s office, lending and business development. Pye has been with the bank since 1987 in various capacities, and the branch manager for the past three years.

Maureen Lord of Lubec has been promoted to assistant vice president. Lord is the branch manager for the Lubec office, and her primary responsibilities include management of the office, lending and business development. She has been with the company for 13 years and attended the University of Maine at Machias.

Corey Maddocks of Ellsworth has been promoted to information systems operations manager and is responsible for management of the mainframe, various core processing servers and the bank’s phone system, as well as planning and implementation of maintenance and upgrades to these systems. Maddocks has been with Bar Harbor Banking and Trust Co. for three years.

David Doolittle of Blue Hill has been promoted to vice president of commercial lending and is responsible for managing new and existing business development for the Ellsworth and Blue Hill areas. Doolittle has 13 years experience in the financial services industry and has been with the bank since May 2002. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration at Mid America Nazarene University, and earned his master’s degree in business administration at the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
