STANDISH – Saint Joseph’s College of Maine is offering a “Replenishment for Professional Women” workshop this summer for women who are experiencing stress in their workplace. Participants will spend three days at Saint Joseph’s lakeside campus in Standish in August.
Two nationally known workshop leaders, Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea from PeerSpirit Inc., near Seattle, Wash., will be the keynote presenters and facilitators. A third workshop leader will be Dr. Linda Conover, director of nursing in the distance education division at Saint Joseph’s College.
The workshop begins at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8, and concludes at 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 10. Designed primarily as a residential experience with housing and meals provided by Saint Joseph’s College, the workshop also will accept commuters. A discount rate is offered for registering before June 1. For details and fees, call Suzanne Murphy at 207-893-7824, or smurphy@sjcme.edu.
