Bangor’s Lindsey Snyder placed in four events at the Quebec Cup swimming meet in Montreal last weekend.
Snyder was seventh overall in the 200-meter backstroke with a time of 2 minutes, 28.65 seconds. She finished 10th in the 800 freestyle (9:46.58), 16th in the 400 free (4:46.37) and 17th in the 100 back (1:10.18). She posted lifetime bests in the 100, 200, 400 and 800 free events.
The Quebec Cup is a Canadian World Cup qualifying meet that attracts Canadian Olympians and club teams from the U.S. Snyder competes for the Seacoast Swimming Association, which is based in Dover, N.H.
