MARS HILL – Central Aroostook Junior-Senior High School of Mars Hill has announced the honor parts for the Class of 2003. Graduation will be held on Friday, June 13, with exercises at 7 p.m. in the school gymnasium.

Eric J. Davis, son of Karla Davis of Bridgewater and James Davis of California, has been named valedictorian for the Class of 2003. He will attend Bowdoin College.

He is enrolled in the Upward Bound program, is a flutist in the school band, has been on the math team for four years, and is class treasurer.

He has participated in the drama club, volleyball, model state, National Honor Society, and the TRUST team. He has worked as a volunteer at blood drives, Aroostook Special Olympics, CyberSeniors and the Mars Hill Recreation Department’s Halloween party.

He has been the recipient of the English award, perfect attendance award, student f the month, French I and II awards, president’s award for academic excellence, advanced math award, and academic silver and gold stars. He was awarded the MPA principal’s award for Central Aroostook and sings with the Bridgewater Free Baptist Church Choir.

Clayton Endy, son of Clayton and Katie Endy of Mars Hill, has been named salutatorian for the Class of 2003. He will attend Husson College to study accounting.

He has been involved in the math team, Future Farmers of America, TRUST team, model state legislature, and is the vice president of the National Honor Society.
