PITTSFIELD – The Pittsfield Planning Board will hear three new applications at its 7 p.m. Monday, June 16, meeting. Its members also will review wireless telecommunications ordinances and a change in where junkyards and automobile graveyards may be located.
The applications include a conditional-use permit request by Pamela Lynn O’Toole of 33 Lancey St. to operate a day care home; a conditional-use permit request by Steve and Lori Bennett to use 51 Park St. as a professional office; and a site plan review by Northeastern Leasing Services to add another storage unit building to it existing complex on North Main Street.
The board also will take a final vote on a wireless communications ordinance and hold a public hearing to allow junkyards and automobile graveyards in the C-4 rural district. Maps of this district are available at the town office.
The meeting will conclude with a discussion of accessory structures, such as tool sheds.
