Art Cotton of Holden recorded his third career hole in one on the 140-yard, par-3 eighth hole at Island Green Golf Center in Holden, using an 11-wood. Witnesses were Jim Daye and Justin Hatch.

BROOKS – Lloyd Carson of Knox aced the 145-yard, par-3 ninth hole at Country View Golf Course on Monday with a 9-iron. It was Carson’s second hole-in-one, and it was witnessed by Al Smith.
