EASTPORT – Discussion of a long-planned third bridge in the area will be featured at the Maine Better Transportation Association meeting tonight.
There will be a reception at 5 p.m. followed by a dinner at 6 p.m. The program will begin at 7 p.m.
Guest speakers will include Mayor Judy Alexander of Calais, a member of the public advisory committee for the border crossing group, and Bill Francis of the Maine-New Brunswick Trade Corridor in St. Stephen.
The MBTA is a statewide coalition committed to increased investment in the state’s transportation infrastructure.
