ELLSWORTH – Union Bankshares Co., the parent company of Union Trust Co., has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 60 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend represents a 9 percent or 5 cents per share increase over last year’s second-quarter dividend. The payment will be made July 22 to shareholders of record as of June 20.
