Vicki Smith of Westfield has been promoted to vice president and marketing officer for Katahdin Trust Co. Smith joined Katahdin Trust in 1997 as assistant vice president and marketing officer, and has more than 30 years of marketing experience, including 25 years in the financial services industry. She graduated from Northern Maine Technical College in Presque Isle.

Emmett Watkins has been named manager of the Bar Harbor KOA Kampground. Watkins joined Kampgrounds of America in 1999 as an assistant manager. He served as general manager of the Las Vegas, Nev., KOA in 2002 and came to Bar Harbor after serving as operations manager at the Cape Hatteras, N.C., KOA. Watkins graduated from Madison College in Harrisonburg, Va., and attended SUNY-Dehli, where he earned a degree in hotel and restaurant management.

Elaine Pelletier of Bucksport and Dottie Boynton of Bradley have joined RE/MAX Advantage’s real estate office in Bangor. Pelletier will be a sales associate and Boynton is a broker associate with 14 years of real estate experience.
