BELFAST – Nate Hall didn’t allow a walk and gave up only three hits while striking out 13 to lead Montville past Central Maine Cleaning 2-0 for a twinbill sweep in Bay League baseball action Saturday.
In the first game, Ben Relyea hit a double and two singles for Montville. George Tripp added a pair of singles and Gerald Hews had a RBI double.
Randy Renaud doubled for Central Maine Cleaning and Andy Sullivan hit a two-run single in the fourth inning.
In the second game, Devin Potvin had Montville’s only hit with a single in the second inning. Gary Gale scored on a double steal.
Jamie Campbell, Abram Allard, and Andy Sullivan each singled for Central Maine Cleaning.

At Bangor, Adam King hit a double and two singles while scoring three runs to lead Bangor East to the win over Orrington on Sunday in a District 3 Little League all-star game.
Luke Hetterman had two singles and scored two runs for Bangor East. Tyler Desjardins hit a pair of singles and Zach Rowe doubled.
Nick Ramsey had a RBI single for Orrington and Keith Bailey hit a single and scored a run.
