Labor suffers setback

The judge in the Eastern Fine Paper bankruptcy case has set labor back 50 years or more by doing away with the union contract. The union employees are working for practically nothing now, just to put thousands of dollars into the management’s pockets.

They have lied to union members about the market conditions as an unforeseen item, as they knew about it three years ago. This was said just to get by the Warren Act. I hope the creditors win their case. They have waited long enough.
