BANGOR – Eastern Maine Medical Center recently honored some of their volunteers:

. Kay Harris of Hermon, 12,000 volunteer hours to the nuclear medicine department.

. Jeem Trowbridge of Bangor, a member of the Telecare program since 1979, 7,000 volunteer hours.

. Robert Cormier of Bangor, 9,000 hours preparing information packets for patients and families.

. Audrey Segerstrom of Bangor, 4,000 hours at the information desk and as a plant therapy volunteer in the pediatrics department, sharing her love of plants with children.

. Doug Grant of Bangor, 4,000 hours in eight departments.

. Jean Hamilton of Brewer, 3,000 hours from the gift cart to the gift shop.

. Etta Porter of Bangor, 3,000 hours at the information desk.

. Keith Dresser of Bangor, 3,000 hours chauffeuring patients to their destinations.

. Marion Perry of Orrington, 3,000 hours at the information desk, transporting patients and running errands.
