BAR HARBOR – Chris Maguire pitched a complete game, allowing only three hits and one run to help lead Bucksport to a 3-1 win over Acadian Friday in the District 1 Little League baseball ages 13-14 all-star championship game.
Teddy Cooke led the Bucksport offense with three singles while Lucas Marks hit a two-run single. Alex Yates added an RBI single and Matt Jackson helped out with a single.
Nick Hubbard doubled for Acadian while Max Blandford and Justin Gilmartin contributed one single apiece.

At Milbridge, Courtney Hill singled, doubled and tripled to help lead Calais past Ellsworth to the championship.
Honor Wilkinson had three singles while Kayla Beaton and Macey Gillespie each added a triple and a single.
Ellsworth’s Maggie Harding hit a home run and Emily Lyons had two singles.
