The PACE unions of the former Great Northern Paper Inc. will conduct an informational meeting on how to fill out claims forms against the bankrupt company at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 24, at the Schenck High School gym.
All union workers and GNP and Bowater retirees who left the company between 1992 and 1999 are encouraged to attend. Claims against bankrupt GNP may include delinquent severance and vacation pay, unpaid medical or dental benefits, and unpaid wages.
Jonathan Beal, an attorney for PACE, will lead the meeting.
