HERMON – Daria Young of Frankfort held off Erika Bickford of Kenduskeag in the final five laps of the ladies’ Little Enduro division to earn a victory in Wacky Wednesday action at Speedway 95.

Bickford settled for second after trying to dive to the infield dirt to make a pass for the lead on the white-flag lap. Ellsworth’s Rebecca Stanley finished third. Billie Allen of Winterport got past Hermon’s Vicki Hollobaugh in the final lap to finish fourth with Hollobaugh in fifth.
