ROCKPORT – Three construction projects on U.S. Route 1 in Warren and Rockport will begin on Monday, Aug. 25.
One project will begin at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 60 in Warren and will extend south for a mile and a half. The project should be completed in two weeks.
The second project in Warren will begin at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 90 and extend east for almost 31/2 miles, ending just east of Mountain Road. The project should be completed in 10 days.
Road work in Rockport will begin at the Rockland-Rockport town line and extend north for six-tenths of a mile. Drivers should expect short periods of one-way traffic. The project should be completed in four weeks.
