A Bangor house was reported burglarized Saturday afternoon, leaving no sign of forced entry.

Bangor police Officer Josh Ouellette reported that he spoke with a Griffin Road woman who told him somebody had entered her home between noon and 2 p.m. while she was at work.

The woman said the doors had been locked when she left, and her car was parked in front, but the front door was unlocked when she returned. Ouellette said he could find no tool or pry marks on the doors or windows.

A purse containing $20 cash and a pack of cigarettes were reported missing, along with 10 DVDs, four CDs, and a piggy bank containing $90 cash. A container that had held $40 in change was empty.

There are no leads at this time.

A Bangor woman reported her Ohio Street apartment was burglarized Saturday afternoon during a move.

Bangor police Officer Dan Herrick reported that a woman who was in the process of moving to another residence left her apartment unlocked for an hour. When she returned, she said, she found a Polaroid camera was missing from a shelf in the bathroom closet and an air conditioner, worth $185, was missing from a window.

Police have no leads at this time.

A car parked on Outer Broadway in Bangor was reported burglarized Sunday night.

Bangor police Officer Al Woolley said the car, which had been parked behind Kev-Lan, had its passenger’s side window smashed to gain entry between 4 p.m. and half-past midnight.

Two rolls of quarters, a cell phone and a wallet were taken.

There are no leads at his time.

A car parked on Somerset Street was reportedly burglarized early Monday morning.

Bangor police Officer Al Woolley said a $400 Magellan Global Positioning System unit was reported stolen from the car between 11:30 p.m. Sunday and 7:37 a.m. Monday. While the owner said he believes the car was locked, Woolley determined there was no forced entry.

There are no leads at this time.
