TOGUS – The Department of Veterans Affairs will host a Women Veterans Expo 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Togus medical and regional office center.

The purpose of the free event is to honor all women veterans, who will receive free gifts and door prizes. Various federal, state and local agencies will explain programs available to assist women veterans, as well as present information about VA benefits, health education and promotion, job training and employment, small business opportunities and other areas.

A free continental breakfast and lunch will be served.
