DOVER-FOXCROFT – A presentation by the Maine Economic Research Institute on the results of the latest Maine legislative session will be offered at the Issues and Eggs breakfast meeting, at 7 a.m. today at Covered Bridge Restaurant, sponsored by the Southern Piscataquis County Chamber of Commerce.

The Maine Economic Research Institute’s mission is to improve the state’s business climate by providing objective information to enhance economic policy-making.

Its goal is to develop a consensus on a list of key economic issues of concern to business leaders, and to link the issues to the concerns of residents by legislative district.
