CAMDEN – Camden National Corp. on Tuesday declared a dividend of 19 cents per share payable on Oct. 31 for shareholders of record on Oct. 15, according to Robert W. Daigle, president and chief executive officer.
Camden National Corp., listed on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol CAC, is the holding company for a family of three financial services companies. They are Camden National Bank, with 12 banking offices serving the midcoast, Kennebunk and Portland; UnitedKingfield Bank, with 16 offices serving central, eastern and western Maine; and Acadia Trust N.A., which offers investment management and fiduciary services with offices in Bangor and Portland.
