GORHAM – Devin Edwards scored a first-half goal to lead University of Southern Maine Huskies to a 1-0 women’s soccer victory over the Framingham State (Mass.) Rams Tuesday.

Dianna Thibaudeau set up the goal when she took control of the ball at midfield and sent a forward pass toward the Rams’ goal. Edwards outran a defender and launched a quick shot.

Marcy Ansley made four saves for 4-4-1 University of Southern Maine.

Christina Sullivan stopped six shots for 2-4 Framingham State.
