Jordan said Arbour denied twice that he was drunk. He did admit he had had three drinks after a long day of installing siding, Jordan said. After administering sobriety tests, Jordan arrested Arbour and charged him with operating under the influence.
Jordan said Officer Jewett found an opened bottle of malt beverage in Arbour’s truck.
