STANDISH – Ryan Boccuzzi scored the game-winning goal on a corner kick at 50:41 to lead Colby College to a 4-2 men’s soccer victory over Saint Joseph’s Tuesday.
Monty Hankin scored a goal and added an assist for the 6-4-2 Mules of Waterville. Daniel Kiernan and Chris Rogers each scored a goal, and Chris MacFadyen had an assist. Brian Davidson did not have to make a save on the three shots that he faced.
David Lussier and Pete Bettinger each scored for the 1-13-3 Monks. Steve Jette assisted on Bettinger’s goal, and Jeff Yaeger made five saves on 14 shots.

At Gorham, Zach Ansley scored two goals to lead the University of Southern Maine to its fourth win in five games.
Ian Doumas scored the other goal for the 6-7-2 Huskies.
Kane DiBenedetto made two saves on five shots for USM before giving way in the second half to Dan Hills, who didn’t face a shot.
Steven Bishop made seven saves on 15 shots for the 3-9-1 Nor’easters.

Ripon 2, Thomas 0
At Waterville, two goals in three minutes of the second half gave Ripon (Wis.) College the victory.
Amy VandenHogan tallied the first one at the 70-minute mark and Suzanne Macak added the second.
Amanda Boyle made seven saves for 5-7-2 Ripon, and Jessie Craft made eight saves for the 3-11 Terriers.
