The chilly days of fall are upon us, and what better way to warm your spirits with, well, spirits? On Nov. 16, Cleonice Mediterranean Bistro in Ellsworth will hold “A Taste of France” wine dinner. Jack Scully of Easterly Wine will present six wines, which will be paired with five courses, including a salad of Belgian endive, goat cheese and bacon; a filet of rainbow trout with brown butter and capers, King Hill Farm lamb loin with a roasted shallot glaze.
