King, Macgowan lead Mariners to victory

EXETER, N.H. – Connor King scored two goals and notched an assist to lead the Pen Bay Mariners to a 5-2 victory over the Exeter Seawolves in the Interstate Junior Hockey League Sunday night. Garrett Macgowan made 36 saves on 38 shots for the Mariners.

EXETER, N.H. – Connor King scored two goals and notched an assist to lead the Pen Bay Mariners to a 5-2 victory over the Exeter Seawolves in the Interstate Junior Hockey League Sunday night.

Garrett Macgowan made 36 saves on 38 shots for the Mariners. The Mariners converted all three of their power-play opportunities and improved their record to 10-2-1.

The Mariners have home games against the East Coast Rangers on Nov. 29 at 7:30 p.m. at Sawyer Arena in Bangor and on Nov. 30 at 3 p.m. at the T.J. Ryan Center in Brewer.
