On Nov. 8-9 the Bangor Daily News business section featured a photo and story of Bill Zoidis and his family. During the latter part of 1950, as a flight attendant with Northeast Airlines, we would stay overnight in Bangor. It would be a tired and hungry crew arriving, many times, just as the staff of Pilots Grill would be closing for the night.
Not only would we be graciously greeted but served such delicious food, our spirits got an immediate lift. Yes, Bill, thanks for all our wonderful memories. Wishing you much success in any future endeavor.
