Undergraduate and graduate students who have completed their freshman year at an in-state or out-of-state college, university or trade school are eligible.

Donations are being accepted from municipalities throughout the state to fund the program, and may be sent to ALA Department of Maine, ECS Fund, P.O. Box. 887, Bucksport 04416. The scholarship’s amount will be determined after all donations are collected.

Applications must be submitted by April 15. The winner will be awarded at the auxiliary’s annual convention during the third weekend of June. For information, call 532-6007.
