CASTINE – Midshipman Steven Case of Bangor was recently recognized for his superior performance in the cadet shipping program at Maine Maritime Academy.

Students were selected for the honor by presenting outstanding summary projects and receiving exceptional evaluations by professional seafaring officers.

A member of the MMA Class of 2005, Case is majoring in marine transportation operations. He is a graduate of Bangor High School.
