Collaborative Standards, a new software company launched in February 2003, has selected Stonington as the base of its East Coast operations. Linda L. Nelson, director of products and services, will manage the new office.
The company, which specializes in software applications that specifically serve nonprofit foundations and organizations, also has offices in San Francisco and Paris. Collaborative Standards expects to establish its office at a former Stonington school building in late 2004, according to Nelson.
