I am confused. Does David Nealley, one of my elected city council officials and now a brand new executive vice president of Capital Seven, propose to sue himself? He certainly has a lot to say about the racino issue.

When Nealley speaks, is he speaking as my elected official representing me and my city in what appear to be some interesting negotiations, or his brand new company from Las Vegas owned and operated by what appears to be an interesting and colorful individual?
