Few clues on missing Bowdoinham man

BOWDOINHAM – Few facts are known about a man who was reported missing earlier in the week from Bowdoinham.

Relatives of Jason Scott Spaulding reported him missing Nov. 29 and Maine State Police issued a bulletin on him Tuesday, Dec. 2.

“There was an attempt to locate [bulletin] issued statewide in attempt to locate Mr. Spaulding,” a State Police official said Friday.

The bulletin called for law enforcement to keep an eye out for Spaulding who drives a 1983 two-tone light green Buick Regal.

Spaulding is 6-feet 1-inch tall, has short, light-brown hair and was last seen with a goatee. According to relatives, Spaulding has a bar-code tattoo on his arm and often wears a black leather jacket.

The Spaulding family camp, located in Lee, was searched by game wardens in an attempt to locate Spaulding to no avail.

Anyone with information about Spaulding’s whereabouts is asked to call Trooper Jonathan Leach at 354-0341.
