BANGOR – A retreat examining a seven-fold path of Christian well-being will be held next month at Grace United Methodist Church.

“Anchoring Your Well-Being: Christian Wholeness in a Fractured World” is designed to teach insights about enlivening spiritual and ethical life as a Christian, techniques for nurturing mutual love and outreach to others, and other matters.

The 16-hour retreat will be led by Becky Bell, a registered nurse and certified holistic nurse.

The three-part retreat will be held 6-10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23; 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday Jan. 24; and 1-5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 8, at Grace United Methodist Church, 193 Union St., Bangor.

The cost is $20, which includes the workbook and lunch during the Saturday session.
