BAR HARBOR – The Davis Family Foundation recently donated $50,000 to The Jackson Laboratory’s $85 million capital campaign. So far, $48 million has been donated to the campaign.
The money raised will be used to build a 53,200-square-foot research wing, which will include eight new laboratories.
The Jackson Laboratory projects that the research expansion will add more than 100 new jobs.
