HOULTON – Claire Thompson connected for 19 points Tuesday night to propel the Houlton Shiretowners to a 63-58 girls basketball victory over Caribou.
Danielle Sewell scored 16 points and Aimee Guy helped with 15 for Houlton, which built an 11-point lead through three quarters.
Lindsey Burlock notched 19 points for the Vikings and Monica Selander tossed in 17 points.

O’Connell finished with 12 points and Jon Lewis contributed 11 for MDI. O’Connell had six of his 12 in the fourth quarter.
