Tracewski powers Old Town

BANGOR – Tyler Tracewski notched 20 points as Old Town cruised past John Bapst 62-34 in a schoolboy basketball game Monday at the Auditorium.

Matt Petrie followed with nine points for the Indians.

Joe Novak scored 16 for the Crusaders.

At Presque Isle Saturday, Ryan Cyr and Trevor Graves each tallied a goal and an assist as the Wildcats picked up the win.

Cyr assisted on an Erik St. Peter goal and Graves helped on a Brad Baker score. Bryan Fowler made 10 saves on 11 shots for 8-7 Presque Isle.

Dan Sawyer scored off a Brian Leighton pass for the 6-11 Crusaders from Bangor. Dan Leighton made 33 saves on 37 shots.
