Raymond E. Semple, 39, Bangor, criminal trespass, $500.

Todd W. Clark, 22, Frankfort, assault, 364 days in jail, all but 20 days suspended, one year probation; violation of conditions of release, concurrent five-day jail term.

Marcus A. Quesinberry, 19, Frankfort, criminal threatening, 364 days in jail, all but 60 days suspended, one year probation; terrorizing, assault and operating after suspension, concurrent 60-day jail terms.

Paul J. Bubert, 28, Derry, N.H., criminal operating while under influence of intoxicants, three days jail, $500, license suspended 90 days.

Monika A. Fellows, 48, Brooks, assault, $350.

Mark L. McCafferty, 43, Searsmont, operating while under influence of intoxicants, seven days jail, $750, license suspended 18 months.
