BANGOR – Manna Ministries is asking for food donations to help stock its shelves. Manna has been sending food to areas that have been hit with layoffs and mill closings.

Baked beans, spaghetti sauce, tuna, boxed macaroni and cheese and styrofoam plates are among the items that are out of stock. To help, Manna Ministries asks that people bring items between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday to 180 Center St. For information, call 990-2870.
