LINCOLN – The Penquis Community Action Program will hold a meeting for individuals interested in serving on a coalition to identify and address health care access issues for people who use MaineCare from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, at the Penobscot Valley Hospital Rehabilitation & Wellness Center.

The coalition will identify barriers to health care through the use of surveys, interviews and focus groups with both MaineCare families and the health and social service agencies that serve them.
