Taste of Italy

Chris Fowler of Plymouth, a general manager at Bangor’s Olive Garden, recently spent a week at the Culinary Institute of Tuscany learning the traditions of Italian cooking from Olive Garden executive chef Romana Neri. Of the experience, Fowler said, “I have brought back a renewed passion for the Italian dining experience. Italians pay so much attention to preparing fresh and delicious meals and to choosing a great wine to pair with each course. I had the most amazing food and wine and spent time with people who made every meal a celebration.” You can reap the benefits of Fowler’s training at the Bangor Olive Garden, located at 741 Hogan Road.
