BANGOR – Three new community-minded supporters have joined Operation Community Support, the grass-roots community effort supporting families of Maine soldiers serving overseas.

The Bangor Garden Show, The Bangor-Brewer YWCA Spring Fair and Liberty Mutual have provided free admissions for three events. Family members of deployed soldiers will have the opportunity to attend the Bangor Garden Show, March 19-21, and the YWCA Spring Fair, March 26-28. Admission to the Mothers Against Drunk Driving Comedy Show at Bangor High School on March 26 also is offered.

Interested dependent family members are asked to call the Maine National Guard Family Assistance Center at (888) 365-9287. A limited number of admissions are available for each event.
