Army Reserve Pvt. Thomas E. Troxell has graduated from basic combat military training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla.
Troxell is the son of Crystal Z. Lyons of Lincoln and Thomas L. Troxell of Millinocket.
Army Pvt. Anthony B. Furrow has graduated from the heavy-wheeled vehicle mechanic advanced individual training course at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.
Furrow is the son of Brenda and Peter Furrow of Dixmont.
Army Pvt. Troy P. Hood, a member of the 82nd Airborne Division, has returned to Fort Bragg, Fayetteville, N.C., after being deployed to Iraq in support of the war. Hood is an infantry rifleman.
Hood is the son of Holly Hood of Acworth, Ga., and the grandson of Theresa Corcoran of Glenburn.
