MACHIAS – The Hancock County Children’s Council will present a program titled “Parent Effectiveness in Resolving Conflict” beginning Wednesday, March 31.

The six-week program is limited to 15 adults. The course is free and classes are from 6-8 p.m. Wednesdays at Machias High School, Court Street.
