Town officials aren’t expecting any fireworks at this year’s annual town meeting.

Elections will be held today at the town office. The town meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, March 26, at the Frankfort Elementary School.

Administrative Assistant Lawrence Brassbridge said there are no contested races for town offices and the proposed 2004 annual budget will be at approximately the same spending level as last year.

“I don’t think we’re going to have anything exciting,” said Brassbridge. “Nothing big this year.”

Brassbridge said selectmen may consider opening up discussion on the possibility of issuing a $500,000 bond for road reconstruction.
