Speakers will be required to state their name, town, and whom, if anyone, they represent.

Oral testimony and comments will provide an opportunity for information to be given under oath and recorded to be transcribed.

Written testimony and comments will be accepted at the sessions.

Allowable testimony and comments include any testimony that is relevant to the statutory and regulatory criteria under which DEP must judge application will be allowed.
