I watched the television clips from the town meeting in which Sen. John Kerry recently participated, and did not like what I saw.
When asked by a voter to disclose which foreign leaders support him and do not support President George W. Bush, Kerry responded that it was none of the voter’s business. What arrogance. To make matters worse, he then attacked the voter by asking for whom he had voted and whether he is a Republican or Democrat, all the while showing his anger and disdain for a citizen who had asked a reasonable question.
I want Kerry, and all other candidates running for public office to know something: Any person running for president of my country is my business. What presidential candidates think, eat, smoke, drink or write; their behaviors, finances, the state of their health, both physical and mental are the business of the voters of America.
So I want to know which foreign leaders support Kerry. Osama bin Laden? Saddam Hussein? Kim Jong Il? Fidel Castro? Muammar Qadaffi?
Kerry’s short fuse is evident now. Will he blow before November? Let’s watch.
