WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Ten-year-old figure skater Max Louscher of Bangor and Natick, Mass., earned a silver medal in the Bay State Games Friday. Loushcer, competing in the Preliminary B Level, qualified for the State Games in Colorado Springs, Colo., next year.
