Cony of Augusta junior Katie Rollins has been named the Gatorade Maine High School Girls Basketball Player of the Year.

Rollins, a 6-foot-2 center, averaged 25.3 points, 9.4 rebounds, four assists and three steals per game this year as the Rams won the Eastern Maine Class A championship.

Rollins is also a member of Cony’s softball, track and field, and field hockey teams.
