Soap Box Derby clinic

BANGOR – An informational and builder’s clinic for the upcoming Soap Box Derby will be held 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, April 3, at Quirk Chevrolet on Hogan Road.

Anyone interested in learning about the derby is welcome.

Racers must be between the ages of 8 and 17 years old, and build their own cars from a kit.

The registration deadline is April 30. Participants may register at Brewer Parks and Recreation on State Street in Brewer.
