HARRISON – When Michelle and Cliff Lewis had their 11th child, there was no doubt what the first letter of her name would be.

After all, the other Lewis children’s names all start with the same letter: A. So when No. 11 came along, it made sense to name her Alivia.

The Lewis’ first three children are Ashley, 17, Aaron, 16, and Alexa, 14. Then comes 11-year-old Aleigh, followed by Annelise, 10. Then there are Asa, 8, Agustin, 7, Arthur, 5, Alaina, 3, and Abraham, 18 months. Alivia is 1 month old.

It wasn’t by design that the oldest three children were given names beginning with an A.

Michelle and Cliff called their first-born Ashley simply because they liked the name.

When Michelle was pregnant with the second, she opened a name book and Aaron was the first name she saw.
